In some
applications the evolution of automation means very precise and
controlled linear motions.
The
ESNW actuators are developed for applications requiring linear
movements and positioning to a high degree of accuracy, repeatability
and speed variations in synchronised system.
They are made with a ball screw, which is rotated by an electric motor,
and a ball nut driving the external piston rod of the ISO 15552
cylinder.
The ESNW actuators are available in two versions: the ESNW - L with
direct co axial transmission and the ESNW - G with driving gear
transmission.
The available bore sizes for both the L and G versions are 32 and 50 mm
in diameter. The pitch on the ball screw can be either 5 or 12,7 mm.
They are made with the body of the ISO 15552 NWT series cylinder,
therefore most of the standard ISO fixing accessories can be used.
The 32-diameter version needs to prevent rotation of the piston rod by
additional external system like the GLC or GLH, or alternatively a
strong locking piston rod to the linear moving part of the machine.
The 50-diameter version however has an internal guiding anti-rotational
system for the piston rod and should stronger anti-rotational forces be
required, the use of GLCE orGLHE guides may be used.
The 32- diameter version is supplied standard, with a flange to suite a
size 23 stepping motor and the 50-diameter version is supplied with a
flange to suite a size 34 stepping motor. Upon request the ESNW
actuators are available with flange to suite other types of electrical
motors.
Upon request the ESNW actuators are equipped and supplied with step
motors: MP2331300 AP08-1,6 Nm for Ø32, MP3438430 AX08-4,6 Nm
or
MP3451640
AX08-7,6 Nm for Ø50.
The full range of ESNW cylinders are very suitable for vertical axis,
assembling systems, testing systems, palletising and driving systems.
